Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary depending on location, weather, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Soflex is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products.

  • To be eligible for a refund:
    • The product must be damaged, defective, or affected in any way.
    Photos/videos of the issue must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.

  • Refunds are not provided for: sizing issues, change of mind, or any reason other than product defect.

 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

  • To request an exchange:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
    • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition.

  • If the exact item is out of stock, you may receive:
    Store credit or
    • An alternative product of equal value.

 Return Charges

  • A return fee of ₹150 applies if we arrange the return pickup.

  • If the customer sends the parcel themselves, no additional charge is applied.
